Crispin Cain began making whiskey with a malt extract of Bavarian wheat back in 2010. This bottle is from our first year of production, it is a fine example of what can be done with traditional methods and Cognac pot stills.
NOSE- Malt, toasted wheat, crackers, chocolate
PALATE - Toasted cracker right up front, malt, toffee, tobacco, butter
Rich and indulgent, this whiskey is very fine in cocktails or on the rocks.
